18 carat yellow gold front set with 3 mm blue sapphire but also available with other stones on request. This is a very delicate size piece and it is suitable for Tragus, earlobe, conch, helix, Anti helix.

All stones are handpicked by me from a reputable Gem dealer in Hatton Garden, London.

This item is compatible with my 1.2 mm push fit  backs in 18 carat yellow gold which you will have to buy separately as it comes in sizes from 6 mm to 10 mm. the cost is 90 GBP

 If you prefer to have a Titanium back screw top or push fit,  please get in touch for brand compatibility and let me know if the back needs to be a 1.2 mm or a 1.6 mm. If you purchase only the front, I will automatically assume you would like the front to be a screw top to fit to a Titanium back.The Thread for a 1.2 mm stem is 0.9 . I can happily supply the back if you let me know which lenght of back you need. If you prefer the  screw top to fit a 1.6 mm stem , there is a wider brand compatibility. Please keep me informed. 

.Please note: youwill need the help of a Professional Piercer to measure the lenght of the bar you need for your piercing and also  to change the jewellery.
